Don, t buy lenovo, their after sales service!

I have a problem with my laptop. I logged a call with the lenovo call centre (which eventually results in you speaking to someone in outer mongolia or further. I was promised a technician would come out ten days ago, still hasn;t happened. I called again yesterday, and was promised they would call me back in ten minutes... still hasn;t happened..I called again now, and was told they were putting me on hold... until i was cut off ten minutes later... and problem is still not resolved..I am sure the after sales service is just one big hoax..a front to keep the big retailers happy that some form of after care facility exists... when actually it doesnt...
