Another junk/spam sms advert received

On 16 October I logged a complaint about receiving unwanted SPAM SMS messages from Matrix Warehouse. Matrix responded promptly advising me that they would instruct their marketing company to remove my cell number from their lists. Well today I received another SPAM advert SMS from them advertising specials on Lenovo laptops. The message was from 278200705400392. I received the message at 12:17:26.

This proves that Matrix' word, promise and assurance are completely meaningless and worth nothing. This is completely unacceptable.

It should not take seven days to remove my number from their systems. It only took them a few minutes to add it to their systems.
