Mother board for Notebook

A call was logged on Friday 20 Sep 2013 and still today the part is not delivered. When I ask that the call be escalated I am told that can only be done once the part is delivered. And internally the client is pushing us. The helpdesk officer just left me on hold forever when I was trying to get more help.
