Wont stop deducting money

Good day i was on zamob downloading a game and suddenly this message appeared that said "do you want to subscribe to bbzone reply Yes if you want to subscribe and no if you don't " i replied NO exactly as they asked me to, after a while an sms came thru saying that i am now subscribed to bbzone if you wish to stop subscription send STOPBB 33912 and every time i sms that to the number a message appears that says we are not able to help you because of your character settings, i then proceded to mail bbzone and nothing... till today they haven't replied .they are deducting R3.00 a day and they make it very difficult for people to stop the subscription that we did not agree to.
