Sold me a broken card and would replace it

I bought a Gigabyte GTX 660 ti OC and it was damaged. I tried it in my system and it blew my psu and 2 others, I took it back and they wouldn't give me another card. They said I could buy an AMD one but should pay the R100 difference, even after I lost my psu. They said they "tested" the card but there was nothing wrong although 2 of the psus that the card broke were brand new, So they gave me my money back. This is really customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. They are probably going to sell the broken card to another customer. NOT HAPPY. Don't buy from them
