Bad installation and no response thereafte

We had security cameras installed at our business about a year ago. The cameras are now giving problems as the wires they used weren't insulated from the start. After about 5 calls to Mark to get him to come out... I'm still waiting. I also wrote a complaint letter to him to which he responded quickly and said that he will be here the next week... I'm still waiting.

I tried to get another supplier to take it over, but they do not want to touch it as they don't want to be assosiated with this job.

R36 000 down the drain.
