Nearly 3 weeks for next business day repairs

I sent my Samsung Galaxy S4 in for a warranty claim. The sticker on the box for the phone said "2 Year Next Business Day Warranty" so I phoned Infrasol who then couried it to Pinnacle for repairs and arrived at Pinnacle on the 15th of August. The response on the Friday was that they were waiting for a motherboard from Samsung by Thursday 22nd in the afternoon I was still getting the same response however the Tech said he would investigate further and thats when he found the motherboard has been delivered to them Wednesday but he was not made aware of it. He said that he would need to programme (JTAG) the serial number to the new board and that by Monday (26th) it should be ready. However on Monday everything changed, now because of the board needing to have the serial number programmed across he would rather swap out the device for a new one. This is not "Next Business Day" warranty and while I am willing to give a couple of days here & there nearly 3 weeks for the part to arrive only to change it for a device swap is unacceptable. Also the lack of feedback is highly unacceptable, I had to waste my airtime checking up on you lot! I could have had the device a week ago but 3 weeks..
