DONT BUY A HP!!! EVER

I bought a HP Laptop from Incredible connection and there were no discs or instructions on backup. I didnt take notice of this as MOST suppliers have a free source of drivers to download. The hard drive crashed which happens and I bought a new one. Now to recover my drivers the call centre says I have to take it to Midrand and book my laptop in for repair and pay for the repair. Please note here that if I had ANY other brand my Laptop would be working 100% now. The call centre agent told me that the person who sold me the laptop was meant to tell me this. How can you just HOPE that the sales rep will do this. Whoever thought of this system is insane to put your reliance in a 3rd party sales rep. In essense they putting their WHOLE company rep in the hands of someone who doesnt even work for HP. So I say it again, dont buy a HP as any company who has this work ethics should not be in business.
