No response from TV License

Good day

TV Licence has completely messed up my account, sending me the incorrect account details to pay.
As a result, I was paying the wrong account, and as a result, my own account has now been increasing every month.

In addition, I closed my account in 2007 before moving to live overseas, and now TV License says they have no record of this. I specifically remember that I had to get a relocation letter from my employer to send to them before they finally closed this, so I do remember that TV License closed the account.

As a result, now they want me to pay R3000 and nobody is assisting me to transfer the incorrect payments back to my account, and to deduct the 3 years premiums where I was overseas.

I sent an email to [Email Removed] with my work permit for overseas, as well as the incorrect account statement that I paid.
I have not received any response.
Phoning the call centre also was of no help, the attendants can't even understand what I am saying.

Is this how TV Licence treats their customer who want to pay??
I really don't blame the people who dont.
