Cars & Transport

I recognized a lack of power of the engine of my second hand Nissan X Trail.
I took my car to the Nissan dealer in Cape Town a month ago (!) and made perfectly clear that I am not willing to spend a huge amount of money on repairs. I would rather talk about a trade in if the costs will exceed about 12 - 15, 000 ZAR. My car goes from mechanic to electrician back and forth. I was supposed to pick up my car several times. Only because I contacted them shortly before I was supposed to pick up the car I got information regarding new unsolved problems. The wiring shall be repaired now the second time (again on my costs), even if that matter was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago.
My license expired in the meantime. I asked kindly to renew it. "No problem, just a copy of your ID please", was the answer. Two days later, I needed to send a letter confirming that I allow Nissan to renew my license. Only because I asked yesterday AGAIN, I received an email telling me that they can? t renew the license for me. No one felt bother to keep me posted!
I still don't have my car back, sent emails to customer service, the dealers principle and none of the problems is solved by now. Last Nissan of my life
