Lexmark Efficiency - a breath of fresh ai

I bought a lexmark printer and it has been working fine until a few weeks ago when it started complaining about the print head. Eventually I called the call centre and was taken through the trouble shooting steps which I had tried before and knew they would not work.
Within 2 days of communicating with the (only called the call centre twice after work) I was told I would receive a new print head in 10 days. The delivery came 3 days later, I used the print head and now my printer is working again. The call centre staff is knowledgeable, they listen and are quick to make decisions to satisfy the customer.
Thank you Lexmark - I will probably always but a lexmark home printer because of their after sale service - they are superb!
