UNAUTHORISED DEBIT

They took some money from my bank account without my knowledge, when I called them on the 26 of july they
told me it will take them 48hrs to refund me my R300 rands which they have been deducting for 3 months.
0n the 2nd of August i called again and the lady i spoke to told me that they had in deed refunded me of which never happened.
Please assist me with my refund
