In Sept 2012 I was phoned by a lady from this company who asked me to please try out their product - as I was looking for a new, cheaper supplier for cartridges for my company, I agreed to buy two cartridges on trial.
These duly arrived and were paid for, then two months later I was sent another three, I phoned them and explained that as they are not on my companies list of credit suppliers, I couldn't buy anymore from them, however I would accept in these and pay for them but no more. Three months later another 5 arrived and when I tried to send them back I was told that I couldn't. We again paid for these and I was told my account was closed. I now have 20 in stock and can no longer use them as we have changed printers and again I phoned to insist that I do not want anymore. Today I was phoned by someone in the cancellation department who informed me that right at the begining I agreed to purchase 30 of these cartridges over a period of one year, and to cancel our order with them I must accept another 10 cartridges and pay for them before they will close our account. I told them very slowly and loudly, that I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE CARTRIDGES and slammed the phone down on them.
