Poor Product

Own a G570. Seem to have a common problem with the design and quality of their lid / cover / screen brackets.
Mounted on plastic connectors which break off.
This has NOT happened as a result of abuse.
Am informed by Incredible Connection that the key board cover will now need to be replaced as the bracket is attached thereto with screws.
They further advise that Lenovo have a reputation for poor manufacture.
My question to them is why do they still supply them then?
Matrix Warehouse have the same opinion on Lenovo as do Incredible Connection.
Posting to Lenovo's facebook page is also a waste of time - they don't respond.
Suggest to the buying public out there - Let the buyer beware
