I own or should I say did own a Lenovo G575.
After six months of purchasing started having problems. I got messages like this version of windows is not original, then could not sign in at all. 2 screws at the bottom of laptop which affect the lifting of the screen were just missing and other screws were loose for no apparent reason. Two years later and it looks like my hard drive is packed. A problem I believe is very common with Lenovo products.
I have had only the help of Craig Venter at Hi Fi Corporation in East London where I bought the laptop. He is still trying his best to accommodate me in trying to get the laptop assessed and maybe even repaired at no cost. I commend him for very good service and communicating with me still.
I do not however blame Hi Fi Corp for the product they have to sell.
My question to Lenovo Managers is how on earth do you expect to run a good business by producing and selling products like these who's life span is no longer than two years.
To all out there wanting to buy the Lenovo G575, please think again, you will be wasting your time and money.
