No Delivery of laptop

Hi my name is Sthembiso and I ordered a laptop (order SLI-03764) from your education portal i.e. [URL Removed] and paid for it on the 27/06/13, when I called to confirm my payment I was told that it should be delivered by Tuesday (02/07/13) when Tuesday passed I emailed them and was told it should be delivered within 2 working days. But once again it wasn't, so please if you can't deliver just say so and I'll take my money go somewhere else, there's no need to take advantage of me just because I'm a student
