The Service Every Company Should Give

GPS Log Book has really raised the bar in terms of customer service in South Africa. Too often we get service from companies that is slack to say the least and South Africans tend to just accept this. Saying that, it was a absolute breath of fresh air to deal with GPS Log Book.

1) Called them for info and the person helped as much as possible but with my more technical questions he said he will get someone to call me.
2) About 15 minutes after the first call I was contacted by someone who assisted me with my other queries.
3) After I purchased the product (delivery and payment was as expected) I had another query which I used the contact form for. Not even 5 minutes after I clicked send someone had phoned me to talk me through the steps.

I really have no problem supporting a company that gives service like this. I hope you keep it up and that service like this pressures other companies to step up.
