I bought iTunes vouchers for a game they said it would be deliverd immediately, how ever it took them 3 hours to deliver. I requested to cancel the order and they canceled it. This was on 30/04/2013. I tried calling there contact number about 100 times since then, but it goes to voicemail every time. Still to this day I have not been refunded, I have sent them numarous emails and they said it was PayPal wasn't working so I sent them my bank details to do a transfer. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. How hard can it be to do a refund. I have requested that they call me about 10 times each time I get a email saying what is my complaint.
