Lexmark failure to refund

I have been waiting for a refund fund promised by Lexmark for 6 month. I am asked for the invoice, I send it and then they go quite for a month. Another person then calls to ask me for the invoice as they do not have it. This is a lesson to all to not buy their products, They offer a 5 year warranty which is not worth the paper it is written.
