Excellent customer service for replacement part

I had a graphics card go dead on me after a couple of weeks. I called Computer Mania (Cavendish), who originally supplied the card, and they told me to bring it in for replacement. Expecting it to take several days for a replacement to arrive, I was delighted that they could phone the Blue Route branch right away, reserve one for me, and I collected it within half an hour. Excellent customer service!

The original purchase was also a pleasure, as the salesman (I think his name was JP), knew exactly what I needed and handled the sale with great professionalism.
