Wow Esquires, but service is bad bad bad??

I bought and paid for an order on the 1st of January 2013. Order number: 802906

On the 2nd of January I was told the item was not in stock (this despite the system accepting and indicating the item in stock).

On the 5th of January I requested a refund on the basis that I had sourced the item elsewhere.

To date I still await said refund!!

I think I've shown a fair amount of tolerance but, honestly, this is now becoming an aggravation and a total waste of my time!!!

Please advise!!!
