No support for Printer under warranty

I consult to SME on various IT matter. One of my clients has 2x Lexmark printers which are under warranty and we have been battling to get them repaired since February 2013 (it is now May 2013).

All I get are empty promises of parts being sent and a replacement printer being sent.

Every time I call they can not trace any history (so their systems are also not user friendly) they cannot trace anything via serial numbers.

It is the worst service I have EVER experienced. They promise to call back... nothing, they promise to send emails... nothing, they promise to send parts or replacement printers... nothing.
