Poor service

I lay by a black leather jacket at ACKERMANS. The layby expires, and they said I have an additional 14 days until the 28th. When I went there, they told me my layby was taken out yesterday. I wish I understood, so I told them to give me the jacket, and I would pay for it, only to be told the store is packed and full, and I will only get it next year, maybe. I'm hurt as I shop there always. The jacket is in the branch; they just don't want to unpack it for me. It's not like I waited until next week.
