Payments not reflecting

Good day,

Please note that I am making payments on my Ackerman's clothing account, but the money is not reflecting. Even the little that is on the account shows that it still gets deducted without me buying anything. I have called the call center, but the calls get dropped. I have written numerous emails without any replies, and I even went to the store, but there was no help at all.
