Kelso Jeans
Disappointing Quality with Threads and Fibers Sticking Out

I bought a pair of Kelso jeans, as I always buy these jeans. However, this time, while wearing the jeans for the first time a day after I bought them, the black jeans had green and white threads and fibers sticking out, as if the jeans were already worn for a year.

I am extremely disappointed, and I am hoping that they either exchange them for a better pair or refund me. I now also need to spend money to go into the store to try and get help, which I may be denied.
