Srain mark op swim short

I bought a parcel online and collected at the store in Uitenhage were they open the parcel. I saw that the one swim short got a long stain on the side of it. The lady at the till just look at it and said you can email your complain not very helpful I went home email my complain with pictures of the pans and still waiting for a respond 4 days later. I will not order online again. I phoned helpline he just said i must returned it to the store but that wont solve my problem the store don't have any in stock.
