Totally disgusted with the service of the operations department. I have been trying to phone for the past two weeks and cannot get hold of management. If you do, they say they will call you back in a few minutes. This behavior is pathetic, and they should not be in these jobs.

Nobody responded in the complaints department either.

Disgusted.
