I bought a new Hyundai I20 from Hyundai Roodepoort, the pre-sales service was exceptional, HOWEVER the aftersales service, repairs, and service from Hyundai Roodepoort has been a nightmare. When purchasing the I20 I purchased a full maintenance plan and top up plan as well as an extended warranty we were not given copies of the full documentation, even after numerous request. and according to the CPA is a requirement.. I have been complaining about the bad performance of the vehicle. since the first service, the air- had to be re-gassed and there has been a burning smell on the vehicle, for the last 6 months, every time I book the vehicle in there is a different, reason for the smell the last one was place wrapped around my exhaust., On the 8t/08/2013 the car kept on jumping out of gear, I called H, to book my car in the could only assist me on 14/08/2013 then have the audacity to say that this clutch has gone due to negligent driving before they even opened the care to check. then the excuse flowed as to why none of the maintenance plans with pay out PLEASE HELP, After only 30 000km my vehicle has to have the clutch replaced. - Today 26 August 2013 still no vehic
