Warranty Claim

On 2nd July 2012 I took my Kia Picanto for 15000km service. I advised the service advisor Bennie Smit that there is a weird noise on the left side of my car which he would need to pay attention to when servicing the vehicle. Upon collecting my vehicle later that day he (Bennie Smit) advised it was left door mirror which was faulty. The vehicle was still under warranty at that point and a warranty claim was processed, and I was advised i will be contacted when claim is approved and when to bring the vehicle in again. Till today I have not heard anything from Kia Alberton or KIA as a whole..the noise still persists and it is rather frustrating. An expeditious response will be appreciated.
