Audi Durban incapable of licensing a vehicle

In Nov 2013 after test driving with Audi Centre Durban I was contacted the next day by their then "Salesman of the month" Novi Naidoo to offer me a discount on an A3.I signed an OTP with the agreement to collect the vehicle on January 2 2014. I also ordered an exhaust tail piece and was told that rubber mats for my car would be included as part of my deal. I had agreed with Novi that I would collect the car on the afternoon of the 2nd Jan in order to allow for licensing and reg. When I collected my car on the 2 Jan the car was not licensed there were no plates, no tail piece and no rubber mats. Its 22 Jan my permit for the license plate will expire tomorrow and all I have from Novi, his sales manager Mark Hawkins and the dealer principal Jacques Breytenbach is bad service and disregard for my complaints. I have contacted Audi SA but even they don't seem or have made a difference. Upon hearing how unhappy I was with the service Marks response was that I had in fact gotten a big discount. If this is how salesman of the month and his superiors work I would expect this standard to be the worst Audi dealership ever.
