NEVER BUY FROM KIA BRYANSTON!!!

I purchased a Opel Tigra 1.8 Sport Cabriolet from Kia in Bryanston. After the hassle of buying the car (took more than a month!) it was said the car is in perfect condition. I did not look at the car but photos was sent to me as I live in Port Alfred. When the car arrived, (in December) it had dents, scratches, cracked bumper, numerous electrical faults, etc. I asked them to fix the car, they never said no but just never fixed it.

I told them I will go to a lawyer, still nothing was done. I went to my lawyer and he sent them a letter asking for my money back as it is uneconomical to repair the vehicle. Still no response!! It has been 5 months now, still nothing. Emails don't work, phoning them don't work. What will work??

I am still waiting for the money from them to get my car licensed. All i want is to fix the car, but now I just want my money back.

So now we'll see what happens with the case!
