Suzuki Auto South Africa
No remorse, no response

Cars & Transport

I bought a vehicle from Suzuki Bryanston last year in February.

When we signed for the vehicle, I was concerned with the paint work, and my concern was put at ease by Riel (sales manager), whom said that the car had cosmetic work done, for stone chips and scratches.

When signing the contract they did not give me a spare key and promised to have it delivered within a week. I am still waiting after 11 months.

A couple of months later I wanted to trade the vehicle in at Audi in Fourways, they then told me that the vehicle has been in an accident, and that they did the quote for the repair on the car and was shocked to find out that they sold it on to me. The accident value was R94858.94 for the claim and repair

I went back to the dealership in 2011 in June, and spoke to a previous manager, which left that same month. I then spoke to Riel, the sales manager and his attitude is that he will not get anything repaired. This was last year, they kept messing me about for months now.
I have requested to speak to J.P the owner of the business, and he does not get back to me, after numerous emails. No one is willing to step up to the plate and take responsibility.
