If you have a choice avoid going to Kia Bryanston at all costs. Their staff dont understand the meaning of customer service, and give the impression that the customer whose buying from them should do all the running around.

I started trying to buy a Kia Soul through them at the beginning of April. It took 7 working days of calls and emails and countless levels of frustration before the sales person actually finally got his act together and I managed to get the vehicle which had been approved 4 days earlier.

When I took the car I was told I would have the spare key, and books and vehicle registration docs the following week. 2 and a half weeks later I still have nothing. After getting no response from the sales person I emailed his manager who told me he would look into it. He didnt respond until I called again to find out what was happening, and after more excuses I still have nothing

Save yourselves the hassle and rather buy from someone else. This place is useless and a joke
