Speeding on wet roads

I was travelling down Blaauwberg road in the right lane toward Koeberg Road with a bus (license plate CA 210 909, ID AT 708) overtaking me on the left. I saw a pickup truck indicating in the left lane with its intention to turn left. The bus was not slowing down and from previous experience I slowed down more not to be next to the bus. Luckily, since the bus driver was slamming the brakes last minute and the bus slid across both lanes. After very closely avoiding the pickup (and me avoiding the bus!) the driver immediately continued speeding causing more threat to the public. This not acceptable! Especially not on wet roads!
