WHAT A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!

My beloved Colt Rodeo now on 303 000km, just had a service. It was not done terribly well. No calls to check if I was happy either??? Then I noticed the coolant fluid on the garage floor. My partner did a war-dance and so I looked up Mitsubishi complaints on Hello Peter. That scared me, so many angry people. We called customer service and asked if they could come with us to the dealer, but they are booked up till June. This did not bode well.
We saw Pieter Voges who took action straight away. Paul Venter also explained and went over the car with us. They really went out of their way to be helpful. The radiator was finished and needed replacing. One was sourced and in 3 days I had the car back, going like a Boeing. It really made a difference to get such fast and efficient service. It could have been a terrible experience, but the guys at Midrand really showed a professionalism I have not experienced for a long while in any industry. I look forward to another 300 000km on my Colt, or until another Colt Rodeo model is brought out. Thanks you Midrand Mitsubishi!
