Repair price refund

A bill for a repair to my 2800TDi Colt I deemed to be excessive was discussed with the Sandton branch and after some email jousting, the details of which can be read on this forum, Mitsubishi Sandton have kindly agreed to an acceptable discount.
As in any industry I still feel there is room for improvement in the training of maintenance personnel, adherence to SOPs, quality control and to pricing structures.
Many thanks to the personnel concerned, I applaud your endeavors in resolving this matter.
