Will not be Buying there anymore!

I bought a new Tata Indica on the promotion presented during the month of February & March 2013 from Tata Pretoria North. After two weeks and several fits thrown by me in the dealership, I was finally able to pick up the car or 06/03/2013. To date and after numerous follow-up from my side, I have not yet received my number plates, service book, window tint guarantee, radio manual and other things that was promised to me due to bad service received. I have also not yet received my refund on the trade in that was purchased from me during the same transaction. I'm now really getting irritated as I only receive empty promises and nothing is being done. My temporary permit has already expired on 27 March 2013 and every single fine I get pertaining to the fact that I do not have number plates on my car will certainly be recouped back from TaTa SA via extreme legal action. This was the second car purchased from TaTa Pretoria North, with almost similar circumstances during my first Transaction with them. I will not be going back there any more. Believe you me.
