After having absolutely no issue with servicing my Triton Bakkie every 10 000 km's regardless of me having exceeded the 10 000km mark by approximately 500km's - now that I have reached my final service at 100 000km's Mitsubishi suddenly has refused to service my bakkie as I have exceeded by 600km's. Under no circumstances was I informed in the past that this was a problem. My rights as a consumer has been violated and should Mitsubishi not rectify this I will go further as to report this issue to the Consumer Rights Council. Had I known I would be offered such terrible service I would have bought me a bakkie from a different dealer.
This is so unacceptable!
