With held info regarding car sale

I bought a bmw x1 from Paarlberg Bmw, 2 month back when i saw another vechile i wanted to buy to trade in the bmw, it was to my surprise that the other dealership picked up that the x1 was in a accident and reparied by a aurthorised dealer, i felt like i was to and betrayed, how can a massive coroparation like bmw sell me a car that was in a accident, no matter how big or small, the fact is they sold me a accident damaged car without informing me before i bought it, if they had told me before i would not of bought it, when confronting bmw sales manager and managing director to buy back my car as i wasnt happy with the fact that the x1 was sold to me on false pretence, thinking it was 100 percent ok, no accidents etc, they turned around and said because the car is fixed and has been threw a bmw quality check it doesnt contuntion a buy back and that its difficullt for the sales people to explain the history of every car.i suggested a buy back and even go threw there bmw finance for another car at a different dealer, still they wont buy back, but my argument is that its on the principle that they never said anything to me, and want a buy back, as now iam stuck with a accident ca
