Ought a car from TM Nissan, no service record or accident history, 160000km, plus minus R70000. car is now 3000km older in 7 months and is falling apart. oil leaks has been fixed 3 times now, car has been back 6 times, but record show only 3 job cards. the only requirement i had was for the car never to have been in an accident, but found out now it was. i also have a mechanical warranty on the car but TM Nissan is now saying they cant fix all the problems that they were aware off, because is an old car. Wesbank had come out and did an inspection on Friday 1/02/2013, and would have informed me on what to do about the car. now my car is still by the dealership and no correspondence has been given, meanwhile my car is standing day in and out in the sun. the Last unknown accident had an estimate value of R27000 and trade is R57000, do not want the car because it was sold under false pretenses and is not in working order. To avoid this from happening to you, please inspect all vehicles bought at an TM Nissan Dealership..
