Most pathetic service

NEVER AGAIN!!! i went to my car to book for a service to vw wonderboom and there was staff at their desks talking to other staff members of vw, while there was 2 other clients also waiting to be assisted we waited for about 25 minutes still no one is assisting us and these people can see we waiting in a line waiting to be assisted and so i saw a guy walking up and down i approached him and asked him "can anyone assist me i wanna book a service for my car and ive been waiting by the service reception for 30min waiting for me he says " wait for these people to finish. its not my job". I just left and went to vw arcadia and got assist same time.
