Amazing service - going way beyond

I recently purchased a car as a surprise for my daughter for her 18th birthday. Vicky and Ernie from Renault Pinetown went way beyond the call of duty in the service they provided. The communication was clear, regular and professional. They called and mailed with regular updates before, during and after the sale. Their enthusiasm at my surprise for my daughter almost matched mine!
My daughter then damaged her tyre shortly after we purchased the car - I asked if they could assist. Not only did they find a replacement tyre, they arranged for it to be delivered to Durban and then went to my house and fitted the tyre and disposed of the damaged tyre.
These two gentlemen really went way beyond. Thank you both so much.
