Tiger Wheel and Tyre
Utterly disappointed

I purchased a set of tyres and a few weeks later, my wife used the car and the pressure went down. She duly went to the garage and filled pressure and the same thing happened after she subsequently asked someone to change to the spare.
When the tyre was filled again by myself the tyre had a bulge and upon checking with twt they said due to driving it underinflated they cannot do anything. Okay, when I purchased the trye they said hankook is a premium tyre, I had brigestone my01 and was in a similar situation but this never happened. The tyre is virtually brand new and twt does the inpection and speaks on behalf of the supplier that they cannot do anything. Stop advertising for free stuff and worry about your customers, tyres are something that is going to be needed, I will not deal with twt again and buy this brand of tyre, there are better and cheaper tyre companies who I am sure go the extra mile instead of marketing just to get a sale. Are we all suppose to buy run flats? What if the tyre has a genuine defect? I even lodged a complaint with their regional whom I had to ask for feedback a week later which also proved invain. Service definitely is pathetic from all sides.
