Blatant disregard of the consumer and their safety

I purchased a johnway scooter (just over a year ago) and within the first two weeks of having this scooter it started plaguing me with problems. I have strictly adhered to all of my services and have been met at every turn with dismissive arrogance.

In the months that have followed here are a "few" of the problems that have occurred.

Exhaust replaced/ repaired (7 times)
Engine sized (Currently in the garage for the second time with the same problem)
Failure on the main stand (bushes replaced twice)
Accelerator cable snapped

This is only scratching the surface. To add insult to injury I have tried to come to some mutually beneficial outcome but they are just not interested. They have offered to extend my warrantee but to what ends? Just to wait for the warrantee to run out and then sit with this useless piece of garbage? Furthermore when I asked if they were aware of the consumer protection act they simply said that they are aware of my rights but that it is basically up to me to do something about it? To make matters worse I have all of the shortcomings etc on mail. So they are not willing to do anything until you drag them to court? Feel free to contact me at 206live at gmail.
