Missing small change again after car collection

I purchased my Audi A3 cabriolet from Audi Claremont in November of 2012. With the car having just returned from its second service (30 000km) - yet again all the small change and coins that I use to pay for parking and give to parking guards and attendants, that I keep in the cigarette compartment, has been. I know one is advised to remove all valuables and goods from ones car so I am at fault here but how is it possible that I can send the very same car into various car washes (Hannibals is a good example in Claremont) and still get my car back with all the small change inside it.

Does Audi not pay its service personal enough money that they feel they need to from others? I am rather disgusted with this whole affair and I will not be making use of Audi Claremont in the future for my servicing needs.

This leaves such a bad taste in ones mouth that I am even considering switching to BMW when I do the car upgrade the next time around.
