AWESOME and GENUINE SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Took my Toyota Run X company vehicle I began driving that week and found the car unsteady and not braking well and vibration on steering etc. The car had been serviced by Imperial Toyota Rhodesfield in Feb 2013! Got there at app 1.30pm without booking, for what I thought would be wheel balancing and wheel alignment. It turned out the vehicle needed 4 new tyres, the shocks were leaking, the brake disks were worn to legal limit and the list goes on... How on earth could Toyota Imperial, not pick up these safety issues and let us know? Kumal, HATS OFF to YOU! Creative wheels you have a gem of a staff member and he organised a lift for me back to work and had the car sorted by 4.15pm right on time. Kumal also phoned me on my way home, to check how the vehicle was and he truly went out of his way. Well done Creative Wheels for OUTSTANDING SERVICE, YOU make SA PROUD! As for Toyota Imperial Rhodesfield... SNARL :( you allowed the previous rep here, to drive an un roadworthy vehicle out of your service dept and SHAME ON YOU, YOU WILL SEE ME Monday 10th June to sign my service book which you didn't do and discuss why none of the above was dealt with!
