First time buyer? BMW? Think again, not impressed!

Cars & Transport

I bought a my first car about two months ago. After a lot of thought, research & advice I decided to go with BMW/Mini for my 1st car. Given the fact that it is a reputable dealership & I "believed" & heard that the service is great. HOWever, in the 1st two months of having the car alot went wrong, the list is way too long but I will highlight a few issues in here: Firstly the car is currently in for repairs/servicing. During this time I have been told that 3 different things needed to be replaced? It is now a engine related problem. I haver not been offered a courtesy vehicle, I had to reuqest 1 a few times as I needed it for work travelling to clienst etc. The PURPOSE of being a car in teh 1st place. Then I have been called to ask if they could petrol in my car for which I will be billed in order for tehm to do further diagnostics/testing. The courtesy car I have been given was sold in the 1st week I had it they then had to swop it in order to get the car. The "courtesy "car i have now has personal documents in it which i assume is that of the previous owner that traded it in. The im told is absurd, I am not given much feedback & its been 3 weeks already, The list goes on
