Ought a vehicle in april 2013. salesman offered me a trade in value on my vehicle but when the deal was finalised and i had my new car they dropped the price as the salesman was not authorised to put a value to my car. my car then went for a service at kilokor with a list of reported faults. they had the car for 2 weeks and never supplied a courtesy car. still not fixed properly and they refuse to give a courtesy car while the car goes in for repairs. they are a rental service as well and said i should hire a car from them. why do i have to have the added cost of a hired car when the one i traded in had no problems at all. i now have a vehicle that has to be boosted or kickstarted, battery drains all the time and i have the car for 3 months nw and im on my third battery. the service i recieved at first was great but once the deal went through it all just went downhill from there. i was told to bring in the vehicle and wait there while they repaired it yet it took 2 weeks the last time and some oh the items were just covered up and not repaired. i praised them from the beginning but afterwards it has become clear that they just pulled the wool over my eyes.
