I Have a 1, 2 Bluemotion Polo, it had a clear lack in power from day one, It has been on numerous occassions for repairs to sort out warning lights and lack of power in the vehicle.

It has been at VW for 5 weeks now with now no resolve, the delearship is awaiting feedback from VWSA techincal department. To date the issue has still not been resolved. I have contacted VWSA they have a poor response in terms of the way forward.
I have been promised by the head of the CRM department (lesley thats what I have been told) to provide feedback none yet, Don't even bother to try and talk to the MD he is not available to talk to customers. I was informed he has a 120 strong CRM team mandated to sort out compliants but if they do not respond in a reasonable time period who to next???

This is poor service and I now having a lack in confidence in my vehicle and waning confidence in the brand itself.
