Selling Broken Cars as brand new

I bought a vw Golf 1.4 Tsi at NTT in Worcester in Octorber 2012

While driving home warning lights came on of
Error breaks
Error driver assistance button faulty
Error Stabilization control

When these lights come on the cruise control when on shuts off

Futher more the lefthand back door could not lock and front passanger door's window was working backwards.
A brand new car with all these problems?
NTT in Worcester could not fix the car
I took the car to VW in Vredenburg, same result

The car is now at Barons N1 city and it been two weeks but they do not know what is wrong with the car
I have demanded a new car but they want to fix it but do not know what is wrong

The most frustrating thing is that I am the one doing the following up about the progress of the vehicle
No one from any dealership or vwsa phones to tell me about the progress.

I have lost total confidence and respect for VW as a whole after this encounter.

I did not expect this kind of bad service from VW seeing that it was my third VW.
I can understand why VW has secound most compliants while logging into this website: They do not care
